MS Webb Gains Cyber Essentials Accreditation

MS Webb has achieved Cyber Essentials accreditation following a comprehensive audit of its IT network and systems. The quality mark, which was created by the National Cyber Security Centre, is a national government standard that demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to cyber security and maintaining the highest possible standards for their clients.

The importance of gaining the accreditation not only exhibits the company’s commitment to achieving high standards in the supply of security services in the industry, but also provides reassurance for clients who may be concerned if their suppliers are taking the correct steps to protect themselves from cyber-attacks and data breaches.

Joe Webb, Co-Owner, and Business Director at MS Webb said “Having robust systems in place to ensure we protect our data, our clients and our company against cyber-attacks is extremely important to us. Gaining the Cyber Essentials Accreditation shows that we have accomplished those standards and that we are taking the steps needed to protect ourselves and our clients. This is an achievement we are extremely proud of.”

Greg Webb, Co-Owner, and Operations Director at MS Webb added “Cyber security affects everyone and I would encourage all businesses, whatever their size or sector they work in, to consider gaining the standard to minimise the risk of a breach occurring.”

MS Webb provides enforcement services, security solutions and a broad range of support services for asset managers across England and Wales.  Established over 30 years, it remains a family run business employing a network of experienced agents and partners to deliver their services across the country.
